Job description:
As an Estimator in civil or electrical engineering you will:
- Analyse work to be executed
- Calculate quantities as per plans and specifications
- Obtain price quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare cost estimates with the use of specialised software (we offer training)
- Prepare preliminary work schedules
- Provide on-site assistance to project managers periodically
Qualifications:
- Interest for the construction sector
- Strong abilities for analysis and interpretation of plans
- Planning and organisation skills
- Autonomy
- Knowledge of usual computer programs
- Verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Technology diploma (or equivalent experience)
Assets:
- Bilingualism (oral and written French and English)
- Construction site experience
