Job description:
Based principally at the company’s head office in Trois-Rivières, the Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for the management of the company’s quality policies and procedures and projects that are entrusted to us. In this challenging position, the person will:
- Prepare quality plan(s)
- Provide technical assistance to our construction site teams
- Provide training to quality assurance personnel
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of quality standards (ISO…)
- Strong abilities in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Minimum 3 years experience on construction sites
- Planning and organisation skills
- Autonomy, methodical, proactive, personnel management abilities
- Strong adaptation capabilities and commitment to team work
- Software knowledge: Word, Excel and MS Project
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities including writing reports, notes, letters and memos
- Flexibility for periodical presence on job site
Requirements:
- Technology or engineering diploma (or equivalent experience)
